The Woodlands Heating and Air Conditioning has earned the service industry-coveted 2012 Angie’s List Super Service Award, an honor awarded annually to approximately 5 percent of all the companies rated on Angie’s List, the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews on local service companies.
“We’ve been doing HVAC work in The Woodlands for a long time now and one approach always seems to do us well: making sure the customer is happy with our service,” explains Phil Musial, Operations Manager of The Woodlands Heating and Air Conditioning. “We start by listening to our client’s needs. If we don’t know what they want, then how can we truly start to help? When we offer a solution, we make sure to clearly outline procedures and costs, and make sure to highlight additional options if they are available. Once work is done, we make sure the homeowner is statisfied and knows how to operate and take care of any new installation. Of course, we’re always there in case they need help.”
