“I woke up one Saturday morning about 3AM and noticed it was bit warm in the house. The fan was running but no cool air was circulating. I went outside and checked the fuses and everything was fine, but the outside unit was not running. I got on the computer [and] picked them based on ratings and called and left a message on their phone at about 4AM.
I got call from them about 7:30 AM Saturday morning and they said they would be out between 9:30AM and 10:00. They were on time and fixed the unit. As I said they evaluated the unit and we decided to replace it and we did so the following Monday. I had a bad experience with the people that installed the furnace about 3 years earlier and this experience was like day and night. I have since called them to repair and replace a rental unit furnace and AC unit in our rental property. Again they did a good job. Modifications to the cold air return were required and the wall opening had to be enlarged just to get the old unit out and new unit in. Before they left the wall was repaired and everything was cleaned up.”
