“We noticed the unit not cooling just before bedtime and decided to call first thing in the morning, I had used this company one other time and had purchased a service contract, but it had been over a year. The call was answered immediately and they set a time to come out later that morning. They were on time and very thorough in determining what the problem was. I thought the price was fair and [they knew their] stuff. I also felt he can be trusted to fix only what needs repaired, and not try to pad the bill.”
