We are so confident and comfortable with Woodlands Heating & Air we have a bi-yearly seasonal contract with them. Over the years we’ve had to replace both AC units and each time the owner, Phil, who’s very knowledgable and friendly came by and explained every detail of the process with no hard sell. The installation crews were extremely efficient and left our home clean and neat. The whole process was worry free and was completed as promised. During Spring and Fall tech visits they call ahead, arrive on time, cover their shoes, are extremely friendly, informative, and most of all thorough. They even have patience with our very large curious dogs who tend to get in their way. From the friendly Paulina who schedules our appointments to our tech who has patience with all our questions and concerns… we totally trust Woodlands Heating & Air in our home and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional, reliable and trustworthy AC company.
